Our swimming pool engineers use state-of-the-art equipment and years of expertise to find and identify any leaks in your swimming pool. Whether it’s the pool lining leaking itself or somewhere within the pump & chemical system, we can help. Leaving a leak undetected can cause a number of further issues for your pool, from the costs of constantly heating leaking water and loss of chemicals to damages to the pool foundations and nearby structures.
If you think you may have a leak but aren’t sure where then there is one test you can try yourselves. The “bucket test” is a reliable way to check for leaks in your swimming pool. To do the bucket test, fill a bucket with water from the pool and place it in the pool so that the rim is above the water level. Make a pencil mark on the bucket to indicate the water level. After a few days, if the water level in the pool has gone down more than the water level in the bucket, you have a leak. This method is simple and effective, and it can help you keep your pool in good condition.
